PVC Instruction and lift mechanics:
Muscle Clean and Rear Rack Split Jerk
Then:
21-15-9
Muscle Clean
Rear Rack Split Jerk's @ 50% 1RM Jerk
Remember, it's still a practice day and movement efficiency is the Key!
