A: Metcon (AMRAP - Rounds and Reps)
In teams of 4, with only one teammate allowed per station
AMRAP 30 minutes of:
Station 1– 30/15 Push-Ups
Station 2 – 30 Box Jump Overs @ 24/20"
Station 3 – 30 Goblet Squats @ 25/15# DB (sub 6kg kb if not enough db)
1 teammate rests each cycle
1 Full Round is counted when teammates return to starting station
