1 Snatch Grip Deadlift+1 High Pull from hang position 

2) Back Squat:
5x2, 2x3 @ 80%

3) Mobility:
Quad Smash w/ superfriend or barbell
Banded distractions on ankle and hip flexors
Butterfly stretch against wall
